1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern the provision of drone services by BritanniaDrones ("we", "us", "our"). By booking or using our services, you ("Client", "you") agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Our Services

We provide aerial photography, videography, roof/building inspections, 360-degree tours, and related drone services. All services are performed by a CAA-qualified pilot with appropriate insurance.

3. Bookings and Payments

  • A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of payment or written agreement.

  • We offer fixed-price packages. Additional time or services will be charged at our standard hourly rate.

  • Payment is due in full before the service date unless otherwise agreed.

  • Late payments may incur interest at 8% per annum.

4. Client Responsibilities You agree to:

  • Provide safe access to the site and clear the area as reasonably required.

  • Obtain any necessary permissions from landowners or authorities.

  • Inform us of any hazards, restricted areas, or sensitive equipment on site.

5. Weather and Cancellation Policy

  • Drone flights are weather-dependent. We will make every reasonable effort to reschedule at no extra cost if weather prevents safe operation.

  • If we cancel due to weather, you may choose a full refund or reschedule.

  • Client cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled date may incur a 50% fee. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur 100% fee.

6. Intellectual Property

  • We retain ownership of all raw footage.

  • Upon full payment, we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use the final delivered images and videos for your own business purposes.

  • We may use the footage in our portfolio, website, and marketing unless you specifically request otherwise in writing.

7. Limitations of Liability

  • Our services are provided "as is". We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of visual inspections.

  • Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total fees paid for the service.

  • We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, or consequential damages.

  • We are fully insured for public liability, but this does not cover your own property damage unless caused by our negligence.

8. Data Protection (GDPR)

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection laws.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate any service if we believe it would be unsafe or unlawful.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance
